Rental Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with CJ’s Priced 2 Party Event Rentals LLC (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations and Payment

Quotes do not guarantee availability.
Equipment is reserved only after:
• Signed rental agreement
• Valid credit card on file
• Required NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
 
Deposit requirements:
• 25% non-refundable deposit for orders under $2,000
• 50% non-refundable deposit for orders over $2,000
 
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 1 day before scheduled pickup or delivery.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup or delivery will be charged the full rental amount.

Client Responsibility

Client assumes full responsibility for equipment from time of delivery or pickup until returned.
Client agrees to pay for any:
• Damage
• Loss
• Theft
• Missing items
 
Replacement fees will be charged to the card on file.

Equipment Condition

All equipment is considered accepted in good condition unless damage is reported immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery fees are based on location.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Stairs
• Long distance from unloading area
• After-hours delivery
• Difficult access
 
Client is responsible for ensuring equipment is ready for pickup.
Additional fees may apply if equipment is not ready.

Weather Policy (Tents)

Tents are temporary structures and are not safe during severe weather.
Client agrees to evacuate tents during dangerous weather including wind or lightning.
CJ’s Priced 2 Party Event Rentals LLC is not responsible for weather-related damage or injury.

Linen and Equipment Care

All linens and equipment must be returned clean and free of debris.
Additional charges apply for:
• Stains
• Burns
• Wax
• Tears
• Damage

Late Returns

Late returns will be charged 25% of total rental per day.
Equipment not returned after 4 days will be considered lost and charged at full replacement cost.

10×20 Tent: $500
Tables: $60
Chairs: $20
Linens: $5
360 Photo Booth: $3,000

Credit Card Authorization

Client authorizes CJ’s Priced 2 Party Event Rentals LLC to charge card on file for:
• Remaining balances
• Damages
• Replacement costs
• Cleaning fees
• Late fees

Agreement

By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
